CHILD RATE

Child upto 5 Years of age = No Charge (W/O seat & bed)

Child between 5-12 years of age = 75% of the package cost with seat, extra bed & all meals.

Child above 12 years of age = Full Charge

BOOKING:

Advance deposit = Rs. 5000 per person at the time of booking.

Final payment to be made 30 days prior to the departure date.

Cancellation of Booking:

1- 30 Days prior to departure date = Full refund after deducting service tax.

2- Between 25 to 30 Days = Refund after deducting Rs. 2000 per person & Service Tax.

3- Between 15 to 25 Days = Refund after deducting Rs. 3000 per person & Service Tax.

4- Less 15 Days prior to departure date = No Refund

In case of odd number groups, the extra person shall be accommodated in the same room with an extra bed / mattress.

Tour cost does not include coolie / porter charges, Doli, Laundry, Telephone, Guide Charges, tips, entry fees if any, donations at temples, extended stay or travelling due to any reason.

All extras (F&B and any other services) availed by the customer will be on direct payment basis.

The customer has to bear the proportionate tour cost of extended stay or travelling due to extraneous circumstances.

All the payments made by Cheque or Demand Draft should be in favour of ‘"Shree Vishal Travels"

General Terms and conditions as per company policy, are binding to every customer.

The company reserves the right to cancel at any time any/all the tours without assigning any reason. In such cases the company’s responsibility shall be restricted to either refund without any compensation what so ever or keep the money for the next available tour if the customer desires.

Cancellation request must be made in writing.

All refunds will be made as per company’s policy through cheque only.
